Ultrasound detected an 29.7x6mm inflamed appendix with a foreign body inside it.
WBC 8.1x10 ^ 9 /L but CRP 46.17mg/L.
MSCT confirmed the appendicitis in an elderly patient with a fishbone inside.
Surgery was done and it existed a fishbone inside.
